BB, it’s not the fault of H&R and they are doing exactly what would be expected of a company that is for profit. They have investors, expectations and pursued a strategy they thought best for shareholders. There is fault and it squarely resides on our poor judicial system. For a country founded on liberties and laws it’s a slap in the face when judges replace law with ideology. Judges are paid to apply the law, not make law. It is up to us to encourage candidates that believe in our principles to run for office. Or vote for those that support these principles and will address judicial reform.
