Great question.
1. My first thought is plausible because of the step down letter in 2019 from Andrey combined with a lack of news from Omni or updates. "Though be cautioned anyone can buy a PR FROM PR.COM"

2. the second thought was I saw Saudi Arabia remember that comment? upon looking into it I saw them again pop up here so I followed it and ended up with that site.
3. omnihealth.md had a Saudi entity listed on their site see here:
