Right now they are working behind the scenes and with a form 15 they're saving hundreds of thousands of filing costs associated with mandatory audits among other items required of otc current companies.

companies who file this type do so for several reasons this can include costs savings, mergers/acquisitions and other items like Intellectual property protection.

so patience and a cautionary note is to be noted when looking at omnihealth, inc.
