Would YOU turn down the ability to convert and get 430 MILLION common shares? At not cost (ignoring the original 75M shares traded in for the preferreds)?

Easterling doesn't have many shares to sell and cash out. But he could have a bundle if he converts his Class A shares in August.

Of course, he can't convert them all. There's not enough authorized shares for him to do that.

But an R/S would take care of it.
