This last PR should confirms the bank told me last week about the availability of shares by Feb 2007. I do not know about procedures to contract with a new transfert agent and the time it could takes, but the oldest one had to prove his unability to release shares to shareholders. The content of that message is optimistic, if we all considere the low market value of today is plenty due to the unavailability of shares and consecutive loss of confidence. Confidence need to be recovered by other PR and surely by effective shares dispatching.
