Another paragraph that gets my attention: "This is not a competitor litigation," Cox said. Why would they make the comment that ChanBond will not suffer prejudice .... It gets me that ChanBond will not suffer by a delay as a later win is not costing ChanBond any more than a sooner win as the money win is not preventing ChanBond from their operations since they have no useful need of their upcoming windfall
I read the previous sentence and this paragraph as: ChanBond doesn’t need the win for operation so what’s the difference if we pay them in August or November
