That and toxic lenders are converting debt to stock at stock prices that value the entire company at $6,000 total.

Shareholders have both epic dilution and lack of filing compliance going for them also.

At least shareholders will get to fully claim all vanished investment principal as tax writeoffs in 2021 or 2022, right?
