If I were bp, I will do the same, only offer what amrn can achieve with V or what v is worth to amrn. Why more?

Unless 1) amrn can execute or gia to a point close to bp can do; or 2) multiple bps are bidding that will drive up bo number.

Otherwise, amrn can keep v and do whatever they can do with it.
