Maybe the insurance carriers are requesting more time from Ms J. Ying. The longer they(insurance) keep their money in these markets, the larger it becomes. Payout comes at a price (if proven guilty), but with mega billions in assets, it is trivial. So for those wanting to delay this trial yet again, please deny it and help clear up some of these court dockets!
