Perhaps I was not clear, but THEY FILED IN FRIGGIN' NEVADA!

Amarin just suffered one of the worst legal defeats ever inflicted on any company in the history of patent litigation, and could have filed anywhere in the country, but instead THEY FILED IN FRIGGIN' NEVADA!

THEY FILED IN FRIGGIN' NEVADA, where, as indicated by the docket number, 3:20-cv-00421-MMD-CLB, the case has been assigned to none other than Judge Miranda M. Du!

Her recusal due to the filing of the Judicial Misconduct Complaint is now more important than ever. But there is absolutely no excuse for this venue selection, as all of the grounds cited in the Complaint, could have justified venue anywhere in the country.
