Delaware courthouse is MAINTAINING their court procedures
GENERAL CHAMBERS just returned my call & stated on the phone (however we'll wait for Judge Andrews official filing to confirm)
seems the 13 inferred no guilt or infringement, however any given opportunity to plead their innocence & prove it in a court of law, they try to THWART IT
seems the 13 confident (smart & deep pocketed defendants) are NOT SO MERITORIOUS.. .but rather scared & trepidatious defendants
