PYCT handed out a dividend to trap the low IQ shorts, now XMET is being acquired by a team that brings value to old companies and shells.
Best part is XMET has never conducted any biz, no debt, clean shell.

Maybe Lazar was gifted the information regarding the big PYCT short and it will be addressed.
