Norris has accepted the position of President and Chief Executive Officer effective immediately. Mr. Norris, 56, is a nationally recognized technology executive whose curriculum vitae includes qualification as an expert witness in trade secret and software litigation. Based in Santa Barbara, Calif., Mr. Norris recently returned from Kiev, Ukraine where he oversees a team of over 100 software programmers. The programming team provides support to internationally recognized technology companies on a special project basis. Mr. Norris agreed to take over the role as President and CEO of MicroSignal after a year long familiarity with SLICES(TM) technology which provides MRI devices with enhanced diagnostic image clarity.

Christopher Puleo and Sherry Yavelak, who are based in Cannonsburg, Pa., make up the current MicroSignal software engineering team. Mr. Puleo and Ms. Yavelak have both signed long term contracts with MicroSignal. They will be working with Mr. Norris in setting up the protocols to be followed by the team of software engineers based in Kiev under the supervision of Mr. Puleo, chief engineer, with Ms. Yavelak providing intellectual property controls and audit procedures.
