Point is Court, and other countries have done this:

2-3 weeks of total quarantine then contact tracing afterwards. The virus would have been virtually erased. With NO government leadership there is no easy way out. No recovery until a vaccine. Then the damage will be so extensive we'll be bailing out for ever.
