Here is the crappola when someone indicates a while back they will revoke this stock because a precedent has to be set. What a travesty that continues to occur. Sure they were negligent in their reporting for HOW LONG? Then they are drug through the mud for how many years because of it.
They show that irregardless of how the company performs, that they get it, they learned, they repented for an equal amount of time and did everything since. Then you look at the top of the hot board today at a stock that has a stop sign, specifically shows delinquent reporting, and has not been compliant for almost 5 years and is still PINK. And people want to talk about precedents. Shit or get off the pot with this. The only thing wrong with this now is the Delinquent SEC/COMMISSION runnin the show. Not to mention the question of on the level.
