It is unreal what these attorneys will do in the legal process. How embarrassing can it be to rely on a particular testimony and then when you find out from the other side of the aisle that your expert testimony is in fact a detriment to your case you make a motion to dismiss the same expert testimony that you relied on for defense. These legal teams, between the suppliers and cable companies are pitiful. I would be demanding my money back for all the wasted time and money if I were the client.
