Yes Steve todays news was an appetizer but it was a tasty one. We get 2.5 Mill shares to us in 3rd qtr and the new company pays us 3.5 mill in the future hahahahhahahahaha whew!!!!!! That's my kind of real.

Oh and the Viewme platform is gonna be BIG!!!

The agreement allows InnovaQor to unitize features from TPTW's TV and Social Media platform "Viewme Live".

TPTW shareholders will receive approximately 5M common shares in InnovaQor. TPTW's intent is to distribute 2.5M of these common shares to its shareholders at date to be determined in the future.

InnovaQor will pay $3.5M, to TPTW as a licensing deal as outlined in the agreement.

We believe the transaction with RNI positions us to add a Telemedicine component to our upcoming Mobile TV
and Social Media platform which we believe will truly be something special.
