Janice, I just spoke to John T. Moron III, and asked why the interplead wasn't filed. He told me he didn't know that it had to be filed, thought Mahue had taken care of it, and Urban told him "if you're in, you win". So he didn't think much of it. He figured he got his legal fees up front, so like any other professional associated with CMKX, nothing needed to be done.

Urban was OK with all that.

Urban has been very busy working on the UAJC Irrevocable Trust.

Remember that one.

That is where what is left of our money is located.
