Exactly, better outcomes could be for all kinds of reasons including adjustments to SOC and this trial has dragged on for so long that the SOC used before DCVax-L was given or before crossover cannot he exactly the same as it was a decade ago.

Or if changes were made to tweak DCVax-L with later patients as some here suggest then that could damage the integrity of the trial.

Either way, it is too late to fix things and we have to just go with what we have and hope for the best. Dragging things out does not offer anything to shareholders while only cramming down our potential gains through dilution etc.
