B.O.L.O. for BIGLY patents from AVXL. These will truly be the gift that keeps on giving. As the transition from treating symptoms to treating causes occur a fundamental change in how /illness/medicine works will simultaneously occur. A science/BIOMED Medical person will be the holder(s) and hopefully AVXL will be the owner of the rights.

Most of us can sense that there is a major transition in how human health care (Biomarker-science are a flag)and related diagnostics/ medical science are about to change bigly. Somewhere in that transition is/are patents which will be worth gazillions. It will be some critical piece of physics or Bio or Chemistry combined w/AI technology (probably yet to be recognized) involving-starting w/ the human CNS initially.

I think we can see that a very exciting thing is happening around CNS cellular homeostasis thesis, these studies/process developments will likely envelope other life science systems. This of course raises all sorts of opportunities and changes. (Not least of which is the obsoleting of current healthcare technology and Pharma manufacturing methods).

In 1959 a patent was granted for Planar technology in semiconductor physics . I came along about 6 yrs later and actually worked with some (very wealthy people) who were directly involved/they did it and owned the rights w/Fairchild. The patent was known as the Planar process which has been applied to every semiconductor device ever produced after that. Planar is a simple physics technique the application of which revolutionized the electronics industry, is still relevant/used today. Some simple AHHHAA moment will evolve as the transition to PM and new medical science application of CNS (others). IMO, Dr.M will likely be the owner but maybe w/others. IMO, this is the kind of change we are witnessing here. Can we imagine human health diagnosis and treatment becoming a hard science? Stand by.

To Define the context a little, the PLANAR semiconductor process technology eventually resulted in the obsoleting of vacuum tubes in all electronics into the electronic semiconductor devices we know today. The electronic device performance today would not be possible had PLANAR physics not happened. It was a simple enough change in basic chemical/physics fabrication processes go happened in labs first then simple breadboards, etc. Still evolving today. The initial transition of the electronics industry took about 10 years. IMO, that is what we should be looking for in future medicine, completely different preventive medicine based on the principals of Precision Medicine. The application of AI tools and a transition to direct diagnostics seems certain.

Probably sounds a little fuzzy/nuts right now but that is what we are witnessing/transitioning to now. We shall see how much PM is credited as a new science field during this CNS discussion. IMO, PM w/the comprehensive application of AI will make it all happen.

This transition cannot not happen. It has already begun in fact (See AVXL), the good news is, we do not have to invent anything all we need to do is pay better attention and apply the laws of chemistry/physics/BioMed along with some new field of study which is evolving as we speak, probably to be driven by AI. Alll IMO.
