In late May, they issued their 10K annual report. KWBT is late on Q1 report for the period ending March 31, 2020. Q2 for the period ending June 30, 2020, is due on August 14. Q1 is not expected to be that great due to COVID-19, but Q2 is expected to be a good quarter for them. I am hoping to see Q1 next week so KWBT can return to being current with their filing. Meanwhile, the market cap is dirt cheap for this company. Dilution has stopped or at least slowed down significantly. They promised to deal with their debt going forward....KWBT could be an easy 10 bagger if they set their record straight....Looking forward.
