It was becoming obvious that she would only allow derivatives cases to go through in her court which is why the direct claim is getting tossed for lack of standing.

I agree that the pattern is clear now. I thought that WF might be different enough than the other cases that she might find differently for them, but no dice there.

Her strategy on handling theses cases has taken form, but we will see if plaintiffs appeal or not.

I expect an appeal, but given the administration's short timeline and how long things drag out in court, I expect administrative recap/release to be done well before the appeal ever gets a decision.

The WF plaintiffs never got their class certification, so they can be bought off individually and cheaply, both because there are few of them and because they are in a very weak position having had their case dismissed.
