Sorry to hear about your daughter's friend. I too was hoping for DCVax-Direct on a compassionate use basis for my sister, but the company indicated they're not in trials with it at this time, it's not available. I wish there was better news, you might contact Dr. Liau and see if UCLA has anything else they could possibly offer.

I also would recommend contacting City of Hope to see if they have anything that might be tried, the do develop personalized drugs there and if they suggested something I believe it would be worth a try. I don't know anyone there in the appropriate department or I'd give you a name.
