Hi Guys,

Very large drop in the bucket long term for Paul Chow if in fact his options do expire shortly.

But please don't cry to much for Paul Chow. He will do very well long term. And be sure NGW will be taking care of their own very shortly with addition option share grant for key employees.

It just the way this game is play.

Remember we sit on the outside trying to pick up a few crumbs here and there as we can.
