Certainly, your point is valid. Now you can cut the tank half as tall and get to a heavy loaded 200 lbs/sq ft, but you have essentially DOUBLED THE SQUARE FOOTAGE OF THE WAREHOUSE NEEDED IN ANY CITY USA. The rent just doubled and ad all expenses thereto
