Obama, The Kennedys were instilled with the concept

I'm sure every empire, nation or civilization that was once great and declined suffered from the same problems..Nepotism, the richest's access to higher education, sense of entitlement, detachment from reality, self righteousness, denial....

Problem with decline is the smartest never reverse priorities, can America be different?
