The only way out of this is for amarin to sue insurance companies. I am not sure how realistic is that.

No sensible drug company will pursue doctors, pharmacies, insurance companies or patients for patent infringement but Amarin could be the exception. They do not have other drug could not lose anything other than the legal cost.

To avoid any doubt: I do not say they will sue any of them ...
