Below is a paragraph from a commentary in Barron's. There will be trillions of dollars in the business of fighting climate change. Hopefully both sides of the aisle will get on board and begin working on this issue. This is at least a start.

Climate change is a policy issue. Addressing the climate threats to financial systems is not a partisan issue. The recent collaboration by U.S. Sens. Marco Rubio (R., Fla.) and Dianne Feinstein (D., Calif.) brings this point home. In June, the senators called on the Commodity Futures Trading Commission to include specific recommendations for addressing the financial risk of climate change in the coming report by its Climate-Related Market Risk Subcommittee, the first federal financial regulator advisory committee focused on the issue.
