Our company does work for government agencies. Periodically the agencies ask for Qualification Statements for those interested in bidding on public contracts. These Statements are accessible to the public so a few years ago I asked to see the Qualification Statement sent in by one of our competitors. The owner of the company listed his educational background including his 3.8 high school GPA.

At the time the man was 63 years old. I thought that crowing about an A- high school average nearly 50 years prior was a bit much.
