On CNBC-TV earlier today, as well as an internet alert just now from Houston, some patients infected with COV-19 develop a rapid respiratory rate. That is a warning—at least in Houston— that near instant death in that patient is about to happen. Many in Houston are dying at home before paramedics or firemen or ambulance crews that have been called reach the patient. Cardiac arrest prevents revival via CPR.

NYC, Boston, Detroit have reported similar sudden death incidents.
