No he did not! He submitted and was approved for a Request for Voluntary Dismissal. TGCM, AIGI, XYNH and NHLI were the most recent. I don't recall the ticker that was SEC suspended in 2018. That was before I started tracking them in a spreadsheet.
He was awarded custodianship for TGCM and AIGI, the week before the SEC swooped in and zapped them. He didn't even have time to update anything prior to the suspensions as the signed orders weren't available until 3/16/2020 (TGCM) and 3/17/2020 (AIGI). The SEC suspended them on 3/16/2020.
