Did he follow through with the ones that were suspended?

The CE Warning is put in place by OTCM. I am thinking they must be in LOVE with David Lazar. He takes dead shells and brings them current again. That involves paying the OTCM several thousand dollars and then merging in a company that hopefully will continue to pay them. Sweetness!

Seems to me they would be more than happy to remove that nasty little warning and restore quotes for Mr. Lazar (they will call you "Mister" if you bring them lots of money).

If so, it would be like it never happened.

I have several old shells that have that warning. I am hopeful that my theory is correct and it will not be a deal breaker.
