Your list was true enough. However I don't think the PPS went up because people were focused on not having current manufacturing or profits, but rather the next level technology/patents that will be licensed for use to ????????

Giving profits of unknown levels.
Saean manufacturing EV's is more like test beds for their tech.
Thats how I see it.
The Disruptive Technology is the key here.
