I think you got this one all wrong... My understanding is that the shares your referencing were shares owed to prior management to complete the deal.. With a now small float (17 mill shares) and rev. Confirmed at 30 mill for the year ( not including new clients or recent acquisition) and a market cap of less than 2 mill. And an entry point of 4.5 cents I’ll take my chances that ANSHU owner of 80 perc. Of this company will make sure this stock goes much higher than these levels....I THINK we are only trading at these levels because old management has been selling but with volume at 9 mill shares in the last 90 days we are getting close to the end of that pressure!
