Sorry guys...I had to step off into a meeting. The unnervng stuff that I was talking about is the following that somebody with the handle 'maximus' (not sure if on I HUB or some other board) e-mailed me. But the person saif the following was from I-HUB:

Allegations:

1, First and foremost is the EFTI judgment against Rivera for approximately
$954,000 for stock, fraud and manipulation. (Will be provided).

2. Rivera was alleged to have misappropriated more than $600,000 from
Michael Studley (Orlando, FL) in a right to manufacture Green Waste to Energy
systems scheme.

3. Allegedly Defrauded the Mexican group P.E.P.E.R. (Proveedor Especilizado
en Productos Ecologios Reciclables, LLC), based in Eagle Pass, Texas (Jose
Flores, President), in excess of $100,000.

4. Allegedly Defrauded the Jose Ruiz group (Eagle Pass, TX) of more than
$600,000 with regard to the sale of the Green Waste to Energy technology.

5. Allegedly made a failed attempt with fraudulent presentation to the Texas
National Resource Commission (John Forehand, Director) with regard to
remediating the Atlanta, TX tire dump (one of the largest in the United
States). A reflection of Rivera's business practices can be gained by
contacting John Forehand, the mayor of Atlanta, TX, the Concerned Citizens
Group for Safety (Atlanta, TX), or Horne Enterprises in charge of security
and fire prevention at the Atlanta dump (Jim Horne, President).

6. Allegedly Defrauded the minority eco technology group, Honor the Earth,
of more than $25,000.

7. It is believed that Rivera is under investigation at this time by the
Port Gibson police and fire departments for his possible and alleged
involvement in a significant fire at the Port Gibson facility earlier this
spring.

8. Was former vice president of Titan Technologies, a tire remediation group
known worldwide for accepting significant (millions of dollars) deposits or
grants to accomplish tire remediation projects and finds itself, to this day,
without an operable plant or viable technology.
