I believe that DI has precisely the same message to all, they will notify investors on lock. I believe he's only speaking of hard lock, he didn't specifically address soft lock when I asked, and I believe we've been soft locked for some time.

Could they strategically be managing a soft lock so that virtually almost nothing needs to be added on hard lock, I believe anything is possible. If you believe shorts have been harming the stock, what better way of getting at them then to spring TLD on them just a few days after hard lock is announced. That could be possible if 99+% of the data has been gathered under soft lock.

Last night before bed I put in a buy order for a few thousand shares at the close yesterday. At about 6 a.m. I needed to use the restroom, so I checked if anything was issued on hard lock, and I went back to bed. I wasn't asleep at 6:30 and brought up CNBC for a quote, it showed $.36, then $.37 less than a minute later, I figured that perhaps the announcement was made. I went to Fidelity and found I had made the purchase, but it wasn't long before the price was back down as hard lock hadn't occurred. I feel good about my buy, wish I had more available to buy more, but I think the first minute or two were a preview of what will happen when hard lock is announced, though it will probably gap up. It won't stop at $.37.
