True. That first offering we actually had Sound Concepts Income. With the new business pivot we have much less. Who knows what our value will be but I expect at least a 50% discount of whatever it is. At least AGP is not involved...the scammers. A lot goes into value but income is important.....I don't know how projections come into play. You believe we will see a .65 offering?
