How nice that FEIS is still some weeks away, then perhaps there will be another 60 days before the ROD is issued. During the next 90 days, many more Memorandum's of Understandings can be achieved with local Alaskans. How wonderful this would be so that when the law suits are presented--the moment the ROD is issued--well, the law suits will be much like a flat balloon... Then, the re-election.

Just a thought about the timing of everything.
