Very interesting. Marshak is almost like marjac. What is also interesting is that in that article, they are calling her names and attacking her incompetent decision, which are non-starters in the Judicial Misconduct forum. By way of contrast, what I did was reference the decision, but not attack the decision.

I did not call her derogatory names, but instead just stuck to facts and the plain language of the ethical Canons, so the Ninth Judicial Circuit has to squarely deal with the merits, rather than immediately dismissing it, as they have done with every other complaint where an aggrieved litigant filed because they were unhappy with a judge's decision.
