i think you need to understand some of the vocabulary he uses
and some of the concepts he uses. so i would watch some utube market
profile first then you are prepared. I use market profile for some
things
He does not like RSI or simplistic EW or use much BB bands which

His pre market analysis is good but it is very complex and relies
mainly on just profile analysis. It takes 10 minutes just to read it.
But it does provide some decent guidelines but learn all the vocab
first but heck $20 is nothing if you make a trade or 2.
they asked shadow 3 (scooter) about but forks and he was like what are
you talking about.
If you just used BT wellers wilder 15 min rsi 30 to 70
(es fork zoomed thru the median line)
you would have made 35 ES points. when to trade is incredibly important
