If I had warrants available in November, I would hope that the share price reached $4 or more by then. If it did, I could use margin to purchase the shares, require no cash out of pocket, and really would be using very little of my available equity in margin, in fact the added shares would add to the total money I could borrow.

Of course this may, or may not happen, but worse case if the stock was above $1 would be selling perhaps one share for four or more I was acquiring.

I would hope that in the future, if additional shares are needed to fund corporate growth, no warrants will be needed to entice sales of the new shares. If anything, once TLD is revealed I think Institutions will want in, and MM's will be coming to the company to try to get the company to do offerings that essentially would be sold out before they're even announced. Shareholders may need to vote to increase the authorized shares, but if the price is in dollars, I believe the shareholders will go along. I should note that that also will probably be the case in a partnership where the partner is purchasing a substantial percentage of the company.
