Amarin was pissed H&R wouldn’t take TEVA like settlement; Amarin refused to sweeten the deal because they knew they would win in Du court.... Amarin was wrong and reckless....discovery will show Amarin wouldn’t sweeten settlement deal prior to Du loss. Amarin used bad judgement and can be held accountable for bad judgement and strategy. Now will Amarin double down on bad judgement and strategy....?

Those that think settlement is unlikely are very naive and don’t understand how bad Amarin screwed up by placing US market in DU’s hands.
