Maybe so, maybe not. I do not believe in coincidence, especially when it comes to LP. Granting these now allows over 40 million shares to be purchased by insiders today, either through warrant exercise or option purchase. 40 million shares at even .20 is another $8 million dollars to the company with no further dilution. If insiders were to exercise, it would be a huge vote of confidence to the street. That's pretty straighforward.
