If there were no plan, Li would not be paying BB 350,000 a year for a salary.

If there were no plan, Li would not have payed top Apple lawyers a boat load of money to defend the Liquidmetal brand in the USA.

If there were no plan, Li would not have been developing new partnerships with USA companies like eutectix in 2020.

Add that to Eontec's statement of "Liquidmetal expansion before dec 2020" and 45 million credit line indicating initiated plan.
