If I may add to the list of dangers one more: pump by the longs. Dump is a mirror image of pump. The rise from $3 to $9 was accompanied by giddy claims of "big boys," investment funds, and even BP grabbing CYDY with both hands in anticipation of great news and FDA approval. Of course, if it were true the bear attack would've failed for none of three groups of the presumed buyers belong with the "idiot factor." Instead, the long's pump created a mirage that attracted the droves of investing sheep, that very "idiot factor" which was exploited by the raiders with spectacular success. The longs themselves created a trap for themselves.
