Caveat here is whether teva and apo will enter early or not when settle? If yes, then H and R has less motivation to settle. It is better to share 5b than share 1b but why they have to do heavy lifting for others, so they need extra to settle. What I can think of is partner on authorized generic or api resource as bb suggested but I doubt generics really need amrn help on supply.
