Same here. Can't find any better words to describe this situation but - JT really f'd up this time. Excuse the french here.

That said, I'm going to hold back my support to sue the company till the moment that either JT announces GIA in EU or they lose the appeal. I can't imagine that they can GIA in EU without another secondary raise. I am not going to pay JT's tuition on business execution any more.

I am not an emotional investor of Amarin. However I did cross path with the company and drug ten years ago. So I admit that I still have a bit of mama-bear type of feeling to the company. Hence I am still a shareholder. But JT's strategy and execution since RIT topline results 20 months ago don't make any sense to me. If Singer can salvage the company at appeal, then I am willing to give JT a benefit of doubt. If not, that's it - Amarin will only be a $5-$6 company, and all the market power/margin will be shifted to the hands of API suppliers. Game over.

A good product doesn't mean a good company or business. There are just so many things that can go wrong in business. Leadership is one of them!
