OT MP3 of CAFC oral argument

Two quick takeaways: One, Judge O'Malley, 93 years young, is as sharp as ever. Two, interestingly, arguments were extended an additional 20 minutes, 10 for each side.

The entire MP3 is 53 minutes and I urge everyone to listen to it. This was my first time listening to a CAFC oral argument and I came away so impressed with all involved, including the judges, whose attention to detail is evident, and especially the attorneys who have to answer the onslaught of questions from the judges.
