Amarin was going to have to defend it's patents at some point, the silver lining in this whole debacle is that if Amarin wins the appeal, it's IP is a non-issue for any future buyer.

The lack of Amarin taking market share from the generics is quite disappointing to say the least, so even if we win the appeal but the sales are still lack luster given the macro environment, I would not be surprised to see mid to low teens on a positive outcome. Hopefully EU approval would push it to high teens to low twenties, just need another six months give or take of patience.
