Charts tell you in advance...


what on the surface is not known. There are always folks that know. The charts reflects their behavior. Some folks only use charts to make decisions to buy or sell a stock. They could care less about the fundamentals. As far as the retail investor we are always the last to know unless you follow the charts!!!
